Cindi Wirawan is a passionate and experienced career coach with a keen interest in career development. After graduating with a business degree from the National University of Singapore, she embarked on a career in recruitment with a leading UK recruitment firm. Despite being the youngest in her team globally, she rose through the ranks rapidly and in less than two years was heading up the talent acquisition arm for its offices in Asia and Australia. Due to her passion for travel she successfully applied for an opportunity to teach English onboard a Japanese cruise ship, where she got to travel to over 20 different countries. Cindi has lived and worked in Singapore, the United States and Australia, and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesian.

In her current role she coaches and trains bilingual clients to get ahead in their career, helping them to discover their potential and equip them with lifelong skills for their working life She also works with employers across Sydney to provide bilingual talent with suitable job opportunities. As a certified behavioural interviewing practitioner, she truly understands what employers are looking for. Besides career coaching and training, she is currently pursuing a Masters in International Business and Law at the University of Sydney.

 

Marina Passalaris is the Author of the internationally successful book, Beautiful Minds, A Journey of self discovery for teenage girls. She’s also the CEO of Beautiful Minds Australia (www.beautifulminds.com.au) , a program for young professionals, helping them discover who they are through life skills, fun and inspiration. The program is run in 8 locations Australia wide and has received National and International press for its unique educational approach.

Marina recently appeared on Channel 9’s TV Show, Celebrity Apprentice, assisting Stephanie Rice with her challenge at The Don Bosco House. She is a regular column writer for a number of publications and has a column in the International Luxury publication, Polo De Marco focusing on Corporate Branding.

She is a radio presenter for Eastside Radio’s Edun Show and corporate speaker for the Girlpower Seminar Conferences, which are delivered in Sydney and Melbourne. A freelance make up artist that has worked with Elizabeth Hurley, Elle and Mimi Macpherson, Jennifer Hawkins, Stephanie Rice and many other famous faces.
